Photos and Information About Selected Florida Hotels – A listing of some of the hotels in Florida.
If you are looking for a low-budget motel style room, The Kingsail Resort will fit that requirement. Not sure on the use of ‘Resort’ in the title. The Kingsail ‘Resort’ is definitely not in the Classic Florida Keys style. More of the 70’s retro room items such as the beds, the tables, and the scent. Wouldn’t choose here again unless it was the only option. The view is okay, and the pool is standard.
When choosing a hotel/motel/resort in the Florida Keys some of the choices can be hit or miss. …
A hotel with a real old style Key West feeling. The Seafarer is located in Key Largo, Florida.
Do not expect all awesome new luxury hotel decor.
A decent hotel with an old fashioned Florida Keys feeling.
The ceiling fan was a bit noisy.
Better to leave it off and use the in-window air conditioning.
Photos taken in late November and early December at the Disney All Star Music Resort. The Calypso section was near the front of the resort and featured a pool shaped like a guitar. The pool was heated at night, and there was a drink/bar area which was also opened at night. One of the featured drinks was a Coconut Mojito.
You can’t really tell the pool is shaped like a guitar unless you look from a distance,
such as from the 2nd floor of the Calypso resort.
This is the JW Marriott which is next to the Ritz Carlton in Orlando Florida. This is located at 4040 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando Florida. Just past Sea World and Discovery Cove. On the same property as the Ritz Carlton Hotel. This hotel includes a very popular ‘lazy river’ in the back area of the hotel. Recommended!
