Photo taken just before the Christmas parade at Disney World. The show featured Mickey Mouse and even a dancing snowman. Near the end of the musical presentation the castle was alternating colors while snow flakes were projected onto the castle surface. Right after the musical, the parade began, and passed in front of the castle, heading down the center of the Magic Kingdom. Ending the parade with Santa.

The brochure has a map of the Magic Kingdom and a list of the show and parade times that happen during the holiday celebration. Jenna Bush was at the front of the Cinderella castle for a live, or taped, broadcast from Disney World. This most likely appeared on the Today Show. We didn’t get any photos of her, but the stage was still set up at the start of the night parade.

The restaurant has all the typical Rainforest Cafe decor: the fish tanks, the amazon rainforest-like ceilings, the apes and elephants which activate every 30 minutes, and the large gift shop. This is a very popular restaurant which is similar to the Rainforest Cafe. This is a restaurant with a prehistoric theme. There are several rooms with different settings. In the center is the Ice Room, which changes colors while you eat. Every 30 minutes there is a ‘meteor shower’ where the restaurant gets dark, lights flash, and the dinosaurs ROAR. Photos here are of the hamburger as well as some of the different colors of the Ice Room. Service was PERFECT ~ server was Nick. Recommended!!!

Considered the ‘must see’ theme park in Florida. Many of the rides are geared towards children. The photo here is of the Cinderella castle at night. The colors of the castle change with lighting that cycles through blue and pink every few minutes. You can walk through the castle, but just the bottom floor gate.
